A practical summary of the existing rental information. Review the company’s full current agreement before a live booking.
Your rental includes
One delivery, one pickup and seven rental days. Additional days cost $20 each. Regular pricing adds disposal by weight; flat-rate 10- and 20-yard packages include two tons.
Materials and weight
Stay within your container’s maximum weight and do not load above the fill line. Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, rock and masonry requires the approved container and material rate. Hazardous or regulated materials require advance review and must not be assumed acceptable.
Access and placement
Keep the approach, container door and pickup route clear. A $300 no-service fee applies if delivery, exchange or pickup cannot be completed because access is blocked, the dumpster is locked or the driver is turned away. On-site repositioning by the company is $150 per trip.
Additional charges
Special items, excess tonnage, extra days, applicable tax and fuel may affect the total. The current rental agreement also mentions a 3% card processing fee. The published FAQ describes an additional $100 per ton above the specified maximum, and unsafe pickup may be refused. Review the full agreement and confirm charges before booking.
