Before we get started

A few useful
answers.

Have a specific question about demolition?

Ask our team
Which service is right for my project?

Choose junk removal if you want us to lift and load. Rent a dumpster if you want to fill it at your own pace. Choose demolition when something needs to be taken apart first. If you need a combination, we can plan it together.

How much does junk removal cost?

Our published truck-space rates are $175–$239 for a quarter load, $299–$349 for a half load, $399–$475 for three quarters and $499–$599 for a full load. Material, weight, access and travel can affect the final price. You approve it before loading begins.

What is included in a dumpster rental?

Every rental includes one delivery, one pickup and seven rental days. Regular rates add disposal by weight. Flat-rate 10- and 20-yard packages include two tons. Extra rental days cost $20 per day. Fuel, applicable tax and special items are shown or explained separately.

Can you come today or tomorrow?

Same-day or next-day service may be available. It depends on your address, access, crew schedule and container inventory. Share your deadline and we will confirm the available window.

Do you donate or recycle?

Reusable furniture and household goods may be separated for donation. Metal, cardboard, electronics, appliances and other recyclable materials go to local facilities that accept them. Acceptance depends on condition and facility requirements.

What should I do before the crew arrives?

Clear vehicles and obstacles, unlock gates, and identify what stays and what goes. Tell us about stairs, steep driveways, narrow access or limited truck clearance. For a dumpster, keep the delivery and pickup area clear.
